Trigger delay in the Area exit alarm: The Trigger delay, that allows you to specify for how much time an alarm can tolerate the circumstance to continue until it is triggered, is now also available for the Area exit alarm:
To configure the trigger delay of an Area exit alarm, you must go to the Restrictions section of the alarm, and enter the value (between 0 and 480 minutes) for the delay. |
CO2 emissions report: This new report shows the evolution of CO2 emissions for the whole fleet or a selection of vehicles, for one or several months. In the case of several months being selected, an optional graph is available for selection by the user:

Advanced Dashboard > Driver coaching: The new Advanced Dashboard - Driver Coaching - provides you additional information related to Driving Behavior and other useful indications retrieved during a Driver coaching session:

Selectable columns in Alarms: You have now the option to select which columns will be visible in the Alarms view:
In addition to that, a few more columns (namely Vehicle type, Vehicle free fields 1 to 5, Coordinates, and Information) are also available for selection. |
Driver app's Navigation system selection: You have now the option to choose which provider will be used in the Driver app's navigation system. Two options are available for selection:
To apply or change this option, you must go to Administration > Account > Driver app and select the option Navigation system:
You may also personalize the access of one or more drivers to a different navigation system. To do so, you must change it in Administration > Drivers > Select a driver > Mobile Terminal. |
Automatic messages: The new submenu in the Interact interface allows you to configure messages that will be automatically sent to drivers in a daily, weekly or monthly basis:

Extended CANBus collection - Elevation: For vehicles with Real-time tracking and CANBus service, Frotcom now also collects data regarding road Elevation. You will be able to see the evolution of the elevation in the Graphs and in the Driver Coaching dashboard: |
Define green zone for RPMs: Currently, in the Driving behavior module, Excessive RPMs are only calculated if the vehicle has an engine associated with it. With this latest addition, you are now able to define the maximum fuel-efficiency intervals (green zones) of a vehicle, as an alternative to selecting the vehicle engine:
You will be able to see the green zone interval of a vehicle in the Engine speed graph, as well as in the Driver coaching's dash:
In addition to it, the Driver behavior module, as well as the Driving behavior report, were updated to consider the individual green zones definitions as well. |
Accumulated alarms: The new Accumulated alarm can be used to watch other alarm definitions for repeated triggers during a timeframe. This is particularly useful for companies that need to pay special attention to alarms being excessively triggered in a short time (a big number of overspeed alarms for a single vehicle, for instance):
To configure this alarm, you must choose which alarm definition will be watched, the number of occurrences that will trigger this alarm, and the time window in which the occurrences must happen. |
Import routes schedules with Template code: You can now identify Routes in the Import Routes Schedules routine based on their Template codes.
Note that the Template code is a non-unique identification, meaning that there might be multiple templates with the same Template code. In such cases, the routine picks the first template that matches the parameters. |
Alarm popup notification revamp: The alarm notification popup has been updated to include the option to show the popup with alarm information for every triggered alarm under a specific Severity level:

Auxiliary ID: Send Route to vehicle after assignment: As of now, when an Auxiliary ID is invoked to associate a Route to a Vehicle, the Route is sent to the terminal associated with this vehicle (WFM or NAV). |
Advanced Dashboard: Benchmarks: The new Benchmarks dashboard gives you a way to compare your fleet's overall performance to other similar fleets in Frotcom:

Temporary 24h trail: You may now open the Context menu of any vehicle and select the option Temporary 24h trail to highlight, with a specific color you may choose, where the vehicle has been through:
This feature is only available when the configuration of Show trails from, in the Map settings > General, is NONE, and it lasts until you deactivate the option or logout. |
Tachograph Remote Download - Set Priority: As of now, you can set priorities for your Tachograph Remote Downloads. Tachographs and Drivers files will be downloaded first if they have the priority above the others: |
Adjustments in the End of the period of Reports: In the Permanence in Places and CANBus - Driver work states reports, some parameters were adjusted to use the time the report is generated as the end of the period (instead of using 23:59 of the last day of the period). |
Improvements in the Advanced Dashboard: Several improvements are now available in the Advanced Dashboard, including Vehicle filter selection and the new Fuel consumption per engine hour dashboard:

Driving behavior events in the Driver coaching: When reviewing a Driver Coaching session, you can now see the Driving behavior events triggered for the driver:

Extended CANBus collection: For vehicles with Real-time tracking and CANBus service, Frotcom now can collect an extended variety of CANBus data, including accelerator pedal position, brake pedal position, gear, retarder, outside temperature, and engine torque, among others. Driver Coaching: Driver Coaching is a powerful add-on to the already existing Driving behavior module, adding to it the real-time analysis. Analysis of the driving performance in the Driver coaching module can be done retrospectively, selecting a certain period in the past and analyzing the variables collected during that period. It can also be done in real-time, using the Now option and selecting a vehicle: Please check this article for more information regarding Driver Coaching. |
Generate a report from the Context menu: A new option for you to generate a report for a vehicle directly from its Context menu: To open the context menu of a vehicle, right-click on it in the Vehicle list or select it from the Vehicle's infobox. |
WFM: Order Tasks by Scheduled time: You can now choose how the Tasks are ordered in the Workforce Management terminals (either by Assign date or Scheduled Arrival time): This option is available in Administration > Account > Jobs. |
Frotcom’s data storage: Full tracking data coming from the vehicles, and processed data (trips, driving behavior, etc.), are now kept alive in Frotcom - directly accessible by users from the Frotcom apps - for a period of 5 years. Please check this article for more information. |

Preview of documents in the Notebook's attachments: You can now preview images and .pdf files attached to Notebook entries before downloading them:
To open the preview of a document, simply click on the document's name. |
Improvement in the calculation of Average speed: You have now the option to choose which time should be considered when calculating the Average speed in the Driving behavior module: Only when the vehicle is moving or Whenever the Ignition is On:
You can find this option in Administration > Account > Driving behavior. |
Quick access to the history of searched addresses: You can now see a list with the latest searched addresses in the Addresses list: This history shows the latest 20 addresses you've searched, and is kept saved for your next sessions. |
Time Appointment alarms configurable for 5 years: As of now, you can configure Time Appointment alarms with the Periodicity for up to 5 years: |
Include/Exclude the "Export to Excel" option in reports: Office 365 users may be unable to open reports sent by email due to the option "Export to Excel" in some of the reports being blocked by the application. To avoid this behavior, you can now choose to Include or Hide the Export to Excel option in the reports sent by email. You will find this option under the Hamburger menu in Reports > Automatic reports:

Improvements in the search by text: The searches by text are now improved to accept and filter texts with special characters. For instance, typing "antonio" will now give "antonio", "antónio", and "antônio" as result: Important: This improvement was applied to all search boxes in Frotcom, with the exception of the Interact module. |
Support to electric vehicles: You can now keep track of your electric vehicles by knowing their battery charge and mileage range, among other parameters: You can configure electric vehicles in the Vehicles Management section, choose to see their battery level in the Vehicle list, and add the Battery charge as a parameter in the Vehicle's infobox.
Important: The support to electric vehicles is only available for Axodel vehicles. |
Measure CO2 emissions: Frotcom now allows you to measure the CO2 emissions of your whole fleet: CO2 emissions can be tracked in the Vehicle infobox > Other information, as well as a new column in the menu Summary > Activity today:

More Vehicle icons available: More Vehicle icons, including icons for special industries such as elevators, cranes, generators, bulldozers, tractors, and more, are available for selection:
To change the Vehicles' icons, go to Administration > Vehicle > Edit > General and, in the Vehicle icon selector, choose between icons for Vehicles or other assets before selecting a new icon. |
New login page: Frotcom's login page has been updated with a more friendly layout, including access to the Main and Next versions, highlights, and a quick view of the features in the Solutions Center: |
Filtering rules for Forms: You can now define which Frotcom Users, Departments, and Segments can see the forms received from Workforce Management terminals: You can find more details about the feature in this article. |

Interact - Send messages as Office or Frotcom user: With this new option in the Interact, you will be able to choose if you're sending a message to a driver as the Office or as your Frotcom User:
This option is available whenever you send a message to a driver via WFM. |
Vehicle stops report - Show current stops: The new option in the configuration of the Vehicle stops report allows you to see all the vehicles of your fleet that are currently not in movement.
Please note that the information displayed in this report reflects the current state of the fleet, meaning that you may see slight differences between what is displayed in the report and the data exported to the Excel file:

Vehicle's License plate visible in the Map's infoboxes.: You can now see the vehicle's license place on every infobox (arrows, alarms, start/stop, refills, and fuel events) available in the Map view. |
