When you open the details of a Form, a panel displaying the content of the form, as filled in by the driver, will be shown to you:
Note that the shown form is just for explanatory purposes. The configuration of each form is defined by your Frotcom Certified Partner for your company. Above is just an example for a form called Expense form (V9). This example also depicts the situation in which the form was already modified by a Frotcom user (Changed in office field of the Interact > Form panel).
The background of the form will also vary: blue for unprocessed and gray for processed forms.
Note that particular fields have the following icon:
This icon means that the value for this field is not introduced by the driver but generated automatically.
If the form has a picture field, you are able to open the picture that was taken by the driver by clicking on the respective link Show images:
The following panel will be displayed to you:
If you want to save the picture locally on your computer, click Download.
If you want to process the form, click Mark as processed link, located in the upper right part of the form panel:
By clicking on the hamburger menu, the following drop down menu will be available to you:
Now, you can perform the following actions:
- Edit
If you click Edit, you will be able to modify the form received from a vehicle. To know more, click here. - Print
If you want to know more, click here. - Delete
If you want to know more, click here. - Reply
A Reply is simply a text message directed to the Vehicle from which the form was received. To know more, click here. - Reply and mark as processed
- Open associated task
If you click Open associated task, you will be redirected to the Task details panel of the task that was linked to the Form. To know more, click here. - Download as document
This option is only available for forms which have aggregated a defined template. To know more, click here. - Send form by email as document
This option is only available for forms which have aggregated a defined template. To know more, click here.
Important note: Forms that are older than seven days will be automatically marked as processed.
