You can access the Task details panel via any Job details panel. However, you can only edit tasks which are Pending.
The Task details panel will be available to you:
The New task panel has the following folders:

| What | Specification of the task including the product and quantity that will be transported. |
| Where | Specification of the location to where the vehicle shall be driven to perform the task. |
| When | Specification of when the task shall be executed. |
| Notes | Free text box. |
| Activity | Monitorization of the current and past workflow steps of the task. |
