Routes > Assigned routes

Updated

You are able to check each route's progress in the Routes folder. The Routes folder can be found under More > Routes:

After that, select the Assigned routes folder:

You can filter by DateVehiclesDrivers and Status of the routes:

Note that the Filter by date selector, allows you to use TodayYesterdayLast 7 days and Other. The Other option allows you to select a maximum time interval of 7 days.

The available route statuses are:

  • All,
  • Pending,
  • Active,
  • Completed and
  • Abandoned.

So, for instance, if you want to see only the currently active routes, choose Active in the Status selector. By default, the Status selector will be set to Active.

Additionally, you can also use the search box.

Frotcom gives you four forms of visualization of routes and steps, under the Routes folder:

  • Table view
A table where you can see when vehicles departed, when they are/were planned to arrive, etc.
  • Linear diagram
A diagram where you can see the progress of the vehicles on a straight line, representative of the route.
  • Circular diagram and Extendable linear diagram
If your fleet works with more than one vehicle executing the same route template at the same time (e.g., passenger transportation with fixed routes), you might want to choose one of these two views.

You can select the view type on the View selector:

On the right part of the Routes folder panel, you will see the Add new button:

By clicking on it, you will be redirected to Maps > Directions, and you will be able to create a new route. If you want to know how to create a route, click here.
