Alerts

Frotcom can send alerts to the driver when an alarm associated with the vehicle is triggered. Some examples of alerts which can be received are Inadequate cargo temperature or fuel theft, among others. This way, drivers can react fast and try to correct the situation.

When an alert is received, usually you will hear a distinctive noise and a popup message will show you the alert. This is configurable by your company, in Frotcom.

The sound is optional, a confirmation request from the driver is optional and a form can also be requested to be filled with certain types of alerts. For instance, you may be requested to fill in an Inspection form when Frotcom detects the first activity of the day (daily activity start alarm).
