Important: The precision in minutes is only available if your report configuration is set with the following options:

In the Interact interface, you will be able to see which messages were addressed to you or to your Department/Segment with icons next to the messages:

To use this feature, you must give permission for the drivers to send messages to each Department, Segment, or Frotcom user.

For Department/Segments, you must select them in Administration > Organization and activate the following option:

Overspeed alarm with Detailed tracking: Until now, vehicles configured with Detailed (2-seconds) tracking could produce some false-positive occurrences of Overspeed alarms, specially on alarms with geographic restrictions.

With this implementation, the Overspeed alarm will now decode the detailed tracking and process all locations and speeds records every 2 seconds.

Overspeed alarm - Trigger delay in seconds: Following the implementation described above, the Overspeed alarm can now be configured with its Trigger delay in seconds (instead of minutes):

Real-time tracking: The Real-time tracking solution allows you to monitor your vehicles with unparalleled capabilities. With this optimized tracking option, you will be able to follow the vehicles on the map with more precision, have more accurate data to generate reports and receive alerts, and analyze graphs with real-time data:

You can see how the Real-time tracking improves the tracking of your fleet with Real-time paths, Fast track map mode, and Graphs with real-time tracking.

The details regarding these solutions can be found in this article.

Fuel management report - records details: In the Detailed view of the Fuel Management (in the Refuelling operations block), you will be able to see the manual records together with the automatic detections:

The value of the refueling event will be displayed in the column Manual records, with a totalizer at the end of the table. Also, a new line below the main table shows the difference between the total of Detection and the total of Fuel Records.

Use the keyboard to navigate in the Graphs: You can now use your keyboard to navigate among your collection of Graphs:

The Up/Down and Page up/Page down keys allow you to select the graph that is immediately above or below your current selected graph, while the Home/End keys let you go to the top and bottom graphs, respectively.

Toll system: Coupling validation rules: With this new feature, when you try to manually couple a vehicle, an extra validation will be done to check if the vehicle is configured for Toll System BG.

If that's affirmative, then the same validation will be done for the desired asset. Both vehicle and asset need to be configured for Toll system BG for the coupling action to take place.

If not, the following error message will be displayed:

You can learn more about the Toll System BG in this article

Receiving trailers's alarms messages in the coupled vehicle: As of now, when an alarm configured to be sent to a WFM/NAV terminal is triggered for an Asset with GPS, the alarm message will be delivered to the vehicle associated with the asset.

To remind you of this behavior, when you configure the Destination of an alarm that has at least one Asset with GPS as receiver, an information icon will be displayed next to the Terminal (if you choose either WFM or NAV):

For more details about this feature, please have a look at this article.
