The General tab, of the Management > Preferences panel, contains the following panel:
It contains the following information:
Field | Description |
Max refueling deviation (%) | Definition of the reference value (maximum allowed difference in %) between the liters refueled according to Management > Costs and the number of liters refueled according to Frotcom's automatic detection. |
Maximum time tolerance for fuel notes | Definition of the acceptable time deviation between the note fuel's time and the time when the refueling was detected. I.e. if you define 30 minutes as time tolerance, this means that Frotcom will consider valid any refueling operation detected from 30 minutes before or after the fuel note time. |
Maximum volume tolerance for fuel notes (L) | Definition of the acceptable fuel volume deviation between the volume registered in the fuel note and the one that was detected. I.e. if you defined 20 L as the volume tolerance, this means that Frotcom will consider as valid any refueling operation, which note's fuel volume differs (plus or minus) 20 L than the detected volume. |
