This article comprises the creation, edition and removal of Segments.
To create a segment, click the Segments option of the Administration > Organization panel:
You will see the following window, with all the existing Segments:
In order to create a new Segment click on the Add new button on the right part of the screen:
You will see the following panel:
It contains the following fields:

Description | Description of the segment | |
Code | Code of the segment | Mandatory |
Contact | Contact of the segment | |
Phone/extension | Telephonic contact of the segment | |
Electronic address of the segment |
Please note that it is mandatory for you to fill the Name and Code fields in order to successfully create a Segment. The field Code will be used by some reports for data presentation purposes.
After you finish to fill in the information of the new segment, click the Save button on the right part of the panel to finalize the creation of the segment:
Your newly created segment will now be part of the list of segments.
If you wish to edit an already created segment, click on the name of the segment on the panel of the Segments option of the Administration > Organization. The following example shows the edition of an already created segment called B:
You will see the following panel:
In order to edit a specific field, just click on the name of that field and you will enter the edit mode.
If you wish to totally delete the segment, just click the Delete button on the right part of the panel and Confirm your action:
