To access the Forms folder of the Interact menu, go to the Interact folder. After that, the following panel will be displayed to you:

It contains the following information:
Column | Description |
Form | Identification of the form. By clicking on the respective blue link, the form details panel will open. For more information, click here. |
Received date | Company date and time when the form was received from the device. |
Driver | Driver from whom the form was received. |
Vehicle | Vehicle from where the form was received. |
Content | Sample of the form content. The sample will consist of the first three fields on the form, separated by pipes (|). |
Job-task | Number of the job - sequential number of the task inside the job. |
Task status | Status os the task, e.g., in progress, completed, etc. |
Processed by | Username who handled this form in the office. |
Processed on | Company date and time when the form was processed. |
Changed in office | This field is marked when the form was received from the vehicle and then a Frotcom user changed its content. In this case, you will still be able to see the original content, plus the new content. |
In the case of integration with external applications, like ERPs, through Web services, we recommend that only processed forms are read and accepted by the external application. To read and accept all incoming forms will for sure generate errors. Have in mind that drivers using the mobile device will sometimes enter incorrect information; by importing only processed forms, the external software will give time for users in the office to correct whatever needs to be fixed before.
