Logbooks

You can use the Logbooks button, at the bottom of the main view, to review and create the Logbook events, edit mandatory information, and also to send the Logbooks to the authorities.

To do so, tap on the Logbooks button:

You will see the following view:

You may tap on the three-dots icon at the top-right corner to open the information regarding the Driver, Company, and Provider:

Right below, you will see a date picker (by default, with the current day selected). You can use it to navigate to a day in the past and check its events:

In the table below, you can review the events created for the selected day. For every event, you will see the timestamp, the duration, the vehicle, and the corresponding address:

Finally, at the bottom of the view, you will find the Create and Send logbook buttons:

If you tap on Create, you will be able to create a new Logbook event. In the popup, you must fill the necessary information and tap on Save to create the event:

Finally, the Send button allows you to send Logbooks to the authorities via email.

You must select a period (up to 30 days), and add at least one email address (more email address can be provided, separated by ","). After that, you may tap on Send to submit the logbooks:
