The submenu Automatic messages in the Interact interface allows you to configure messages that will be automatically sent to drivers in a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
In the Interact menu, you will see the sub-menu Automatic messages:
This sub-menu contains a table with the automatic messages configured for your account.
Each message is placed in a row in the table, sorted by its creation date (newest to oldest). It contains 3 columns:
- Message: the body of the message. It is a hyperlink that opens the edition mode of this message.
- Periodicity: displays the periodicity this message is scheduled to be delivered to drivers (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
- Vehicle: If this message is configured to be sent to a single vehicle, it shows the vehicle's License Plate. If more than one vehicle is selected, the label Multiple items selected will be shown instead.
- Status: Indicates if the automatic message is Active (if there's no End date, or if the End date is in the future) or Inactive (if the End date is in the past).
At the top-right corner of this view, you will find the Add new button, which opens the view to create a new automatic message configuration:
When you click on it, you will see the following configuration view:
