This report contains information about how vehicles were driven. You can see, for each driver, their driving excesses in the period.
This report makes it easier for you to inform drivers about what must be improved. Driving behavior training sessions are usually recommended for better performances.
Configuration
To generate this report, you must configure the following inputs:
| Configuration | Description |
| Period | The period the report will be generated for. Options:

Once you select one source, you must select which components will be used to filter the report. For instance, if I want my report to be generated for some vehicles of my fleet, I first select Vehicles and then choose their License plates in the next selector: |
| Driving score | Choose here if you'd like to generate the report using Frotcom's default scoring system (Default option), or with the Customized scores defined for your account.
Frotcom default score includes Harsh accelerations/brakings at low/high speed (50%), Excessive idling time/RPM (100%), and Non-use of cruise control (100%).
Customized score includes all scores configured with a weight higher than 0%. This option is only available if the company has the option Use customized score in Administration > Account > Driving behavior selected. |
| Show report | Here you can choose which output of the report you'd like to generate. Options:

This option is only available for the CANBus detailed information report using Frotcom's default scores. |
| Show recommendations | If you select this option, for each driving behavior event that was exceeded by the driver, a recommendation to overcome this excess will be included in the report (Default: Yes) This option is not available for the Summarized report. |
| Show one driver/vehicle per page | If you select this option, the report will separate, on different pages, every Vehicle or Driver group (Default: No). This option is not available for the Summarized report. |
Output
The Driving behavior report is highly configurable. Hence, there are a few different possible outputs, depending on the Configuration of the report.

| Column | Description |
| Type | Vehicle type |
| Vehicle | License plate of the vehicle |
| Drivers | Driver and co-driver associated with the vehicle |
| Score points | Score calculated for the vehicle/driver |

| Idling/driving time (%) | % of idling time (over moving time). |
Also, right below the main table, another block shows the numbers for each Driving behavior parameter chosen by the company.

CANBus detailed information (when available)
The CANBus detailed information report is a version of the Detailed report, but with the addition of four Graphs (Histogram of speed, Accelerator pedal position, RPM, and RPM coasting) for those vehicles which the CANBus information is available.
Other customizations for the report may include:
Show columns = Icons only
Displays only the icons in the headers representing the Driving behavior parameters.
Show columns = Icons with legend
Displays only the icons in the headers representing the Driving behavior parameters, with its legends right below.
Show columns = Description
Displays the description of the Driving behavior parameters in the headers.
Show recommendations
Shows a block of information with recommendations for the drivers based on their Driving scores.
Comparison with company average
For the CANBus detailed report, you can choose to generate the graphs with a comparison with the average numbers of the company.
Show one driver/vehicle per page
If you select this option, when the report is exported into a .pdf format, the document will separate one driver/vehicle per page.
The report will grouped vehicles by their vehicle energy, and use the correct units and totals.
