The Subsistence Allowance report (also known as Detailed IFTA Report in the USA) generates a table with how much time each driver/vehicle spent on each country/region, during a selected period.
Configuration
To generate the report, you must configure the following inputs:

Once you select one source, you must select which components will be used to filter the report. For instance, if I want my report to be generated for some vehicles of my fleet, I first select Vehicles and then choose their License plates in the next selector:
This does not change, however, the output or the grouping of information in the output of the report. |

Choose here which geographical region the fleet will be split into. It can be:
Important: Traffic by Country is only available if you choose to Show information by Vehicles. |
| Show report | You must choose here if you'd like to see the Detailed (Default) or summarized version of the report. |
Output
This report can have two outputs, depending on the selection of the option Show report in the Configuration.
Detailed
For each selected vehicle, the Detailed version of the report presents a table with the vehicle's driving times spread among the geographical entity selected in the Configuration.
It contains the following columns/data:

| Weekday | Day of the week of the stay |
| Date | Date of the stay. |
| Arrival in area | Time of the arrival in the area. |
| Exit from area | Time of exit from the area. |
| Mileage | Mileage executed while in the area. |
| Country/District/Place/Place type/Zone | The geographical entity, according to the selection from the Configuration. |
| Stay | The duration of the stay in the area. |
Summarized
The Summarized version of the report presents, for each selected vehicle, a list with the distribution of this vehicle among the area (Country/District/Place/Place type/Zone) selected in the Configuration.
It contains the following data/columns:
