Route execution

This report contains information about the execution of routes, by the vehicles, within a time period. You will be able to compare the planned routes and their executions, spotting any differences between the two.

Configuration

To generate the report, you must configure the following inputs:

Configuration	Description
Show report	If you choose the Detailed report (default), the output will contain the details regarding each step of each route, while in the Summarized report you will only see the data for the Routes.
Post execution detection	This option is deprecated (no longer supported).
Vehicles	Select here the vehicles that will be listed in the report
Period	The period the report will be generated for. Options: This month Last month Last 30 days This week Last week Last 7 days Today (Default) Yesterday Other (Up to 30 days)
Organized by	You can organize the output of the report by Routes (default) or Route groups. After you make this selection, you must select which Routes or Route Groups will be listed in the report (by default, all Routes/Route groups are selected).
Route start time	This option is deprecated (no longer supported).

Output

For each selected vehicle, the report will generate a table for each Route executed in the selected period.

In the header of the table you will see the following information:

Information	Description
Route	Route name
Start/End place	First and last Place of the Route, or the respective addresses in case the Places were not assigned to the first/last step of the route.
Number of faults	Number of faults during the execution of this route
Fault	Faults that occurred during the execution of the route. Faults can be: A - Arrived too soon B - Arrived too late C - End place was not visited

The main table contains the following times, separated by Planned/Estimated, Executed and the Difference between the two:

Column	Description
Departure time	Route's departure time
Total mileage	Mileage driven during the route execution
Total cost	The cost per mileage unit configured for the vehicle * the total mileage of the route.
Total driving time	Total driving time in the execution of this route
Total breaks	Total breaks in the execution of this route
Total trip duration	The sum of the total driving time and the total break duration.
Total stopovers	Time spent in stopovers.
Total route duration	The sum of the total driving time and the total stopover time
Arrival to last destination	Time of arrival at the last destination of the route
Departure from last destination	Time of departure from the last destination of the route.

If you choose the Detailed version of the report, the same information described above will be listed and divided between all the legs of the route:
