Detailed costs

This report lists all costs, variable and fixed, occurred within a certain time period.

Configuration

To generate the report, you must configure the following inputs:

Configuration	Description
Period	The period the report will be generated for. Options: This month Last month Last 30 days This week Last week Last 7 days Today (Default) Yesterday Other (Up to 30 days)
Vehicles	Select here the vehicles that will be present in the report (Default: All).
Fixed types/entities	Select the fixed cost types that will be considered for the report (Default: All).
Variable types/entities	Select the variable cost types that will be considered for the report (Default: All).
Show data grouped by cost type	If you select this option, the report will group the information by Vehicle and Cost type. Otherwise, it will be grouped only by vehicle (Default: Yes).

Output

The report will generate a table with cost-related data for each selected vehicle in the period.

Each table contains the following columns/data:

Column	Description
Date/Time	Date and time of the cost
Cost type	The type of the cost, defined in the Management module
Entity	Entity associated with the Cost type
Cost description	Description of the Cost
Quantity	Indicates the values of the costs
Unit
Unit cost
Total cost
Odometer	Vehicle's odometer at the moment of the cost.

If you select the option Show data grouped by cost type, the column Cost type is hidden, and a table is generated for each vehicle/cost type combination:
