This report presents the driving hours provided by the tachograph, grouped by day and driver, and by day/night shift.
Configuration
To generate the report, you must configure the following inputs:

Here you must choose which source you wish to use to filter the information. It can be:
Once you select one source, you must select which components will be used to filter the report. For instance, if I want my report to be generated for some drivers of my fleet, I first select Drivers and then choose their Name in the next selector. |
Use default working periods |
If you select this option, the report will consider the working periods defined for the account in Administration > Account > Working period. Otherwise, you must configure the working periods manually in the following inputs: By default, the report will be generated using the default working periods. |
Show working periods as day/night shifts |
If you select this option, the times (driven and worked outside of the defined working period) will be shown as night shift. Conversely, the times inside of the defined working time will be shown as day shift. Otherwise, it will be shown simply as Driving/Working time inside and outside of the defined working period. |
Output
For each week within the selected period, a table will be generated just like the example above.
The table is divided per each selected driver, and contains the following information:

At the bottom of the report, you can see a table with the sum of all the driving and working hours per selected driver:
