Driving behavior events

The Driving behavior events report contains the detailed information about the events triggered for the Driving behavior score of each driver.

This report is a extended version of the Driving behavior report, with more in-depth details (beginning/end of the event, duration, and coordinates) of all the events.

Configuration

To generate the report, you must configure the following inputs:

Configuration	Description
Period	The period the report will be generated for. Options: This month Last month Last 30 days This week Last week Last 7 days Today (Default) Yesterday Other (Maximum 30 days)
Show information by	Here you must choose the the source of the information. It can be: Vehicles Drivers Driver statuses Teams Once you select one source, you must select which components will be used to filter the report. For instance, if I want my report to be generated for some vehicles of my fleet, I first select Vehicles and then choose their License plates in the next selector: This does not change, however, the output or the grouping of information in the output of the report.
Events	Driving behavior events to be presented in the report. Options: Low speed accelerations High speed accelerations Low speed brakings High speed brakings Idling Cruise control RPM Alarms (Default: all the options selected)

Output

The output of the report contains two blocks of information that repeats for each driver.

The first block is a header, with valuable information regarding the Driving behavior of the driver. It contains the following information:

Column	Description
Vehicle	The vehicle associated with the driver's license plate.
Driver	Driver's name.
Mileage	Mileage of the vehicle in the period.
Driving time (hh:mm)	Driver's Driving time in the period.
Total consumption	Fuel consumption of the vehicle in the period.
Average consumption	Average fuel consumption of the vehicle in the period (litters or gallons per 100km).
Average speed	Average speed of the vehicle in the period(km or miles per hour).
Under max RPM (%)	Percentage of the milage during the period that was under Max RPM.
Idling time (%)	Percentage of the driving time that was in Idling.

The second block lists every Driving behavior event triggered for the driver. It contains the following information:

Column	Description
Event	Event's name.
Date	Date the event was triggered.
Beginning of event	The time the event was triggered.
End of event	The time the event ended. This information is not available for every event type (for instance, Speed brakes/accelerations)
Duration	Duration of the event (End of event - Begining of event). Only available for the events that have End of event.
Value	For some events (Idling, for instance), the value associated with the event is displayed in this column.
(m/sˆ2)	For events of Speed brakes/accelerations, the value of the event is displayed in this column.
Coordinates	Coordinates of where the event took place.
Place	If the event was triggered over a Place configured in Frotcom, the Place name is displayed in this column.
Address	Address where the event took place.

The mileage, speed, fuel and fuel consumption units respect the selections made for the account in Administration > Account > General.
