Vehicle status

The vehicle status report shows the changes in the status of the vehicles in a selected period.

Configuration

To generate the report, you must configure the following options:

Configuration	Description
Period	The period the report will be generated for. Options: This month Last month Last 30 days This week Last week Last 7 days Today (Default) Yesterday Other (Maximum 30 days)
Vehicles	Multi selector for the vehicles that will be used for the report. (Default: All)
Show data grouped by vehicle	If you select this option, the report will be presented with the information grouped by Vehicles. (Default: No)
Consider the period for open statuses	If you select this option, two items will be added to the report: Before the first change of status, if that vehicle had assumed another status, that status will be listed as well. This status will have the Start time as the beginning of the report's period, and the End time will be equal to the beginning of the following status. The last status of each vehicle will take the end of the report's period as its End time. (Default: No)
Vehicle statuses	Multi selector for the statuses that will be used for the report. (Default: All)
Show totals	This option adds a new block of information at the end of the report with some totalizers for the statuses, in the period. (Default: No)

Output

The output of this report varies according to some options selected in the Configuration.

When the option Show data grouped by vehicle is not selected (Default), the report will have the following format:

It contains the following data/columns:

Column	Description
Vehicle	The license plate of the vehicle.
Status	Status that this vehicle was changed to.
Start	The moment the vehicle assumed this status.
Place	If the address where the status was assigned to vehicle matches with a Place configured for the account, it shows the Place Name. Otherwise, this column remains empty.
Address	Address where the status was assigned to the vehicle.
Odometer	The vehicle's odometer at the moment it assumed the status. The information is displayed with the Preferred mileage and speed units selected for the account in Administration > Account - General.
End	The moment the vehicle left this status. It's empty if the vehicle is still with this status at the moment.
Mileage	Mileage driven by the vehicle while in this status. The information is displayed with the Preferred mileage and speed units selected for the account in Administration > Account - General.
Duration	The time the vehicle was with this status assigned.
User	User that assigned the status to the vehicle.

If you select the option Show data grouped by vehicle, the report will keep the same data, but it will display it in a slight different format, with the information grouped by Vehicles:

Finally, if you select the option Show totals (for either of the formats of the report), a small block of information will be added at the end of the report. This extra table contains the totalizers (Mileage and Duration) for each of the status in the report:
