Update to the latest version

Step 1

To update your app, you must first connect to the Internet over WiFi.

Click on SETTINGS:

Then find the option Wi-Fi, click on Turn on Wi-Fi, and connect it to your available connection or your mobile hotspot:

Make sure that the connection icon is green and looks exactly like the following:

Step 2

Login to the Frotcom ELD App:

When the New ELD Version popup shows up, click on DOWNLOAD.

Wait until the download is finished:

Step 3

Once the download is complete, click on CLEAN UPDATE and follow the onscreen steps:

It will ask you confirm the clearing of local data and uninstalling the app.

Click OK for both:

Step 4

The old App is now uninstalled and you need to install the new one. 

Click on INSTALL:

Once it's finished, open the app clicking on OPEN:

Step 5

The app will ask you for key permissions to ensure it can work correctly. 
Click on ALLOW for the 3 permissions requests:

Step 6

Now you can already find your FROTCOM ELD in the FILE MANAGER:

From here, you can press and hold the icon and move it to the main screen:

Step 7

Turn off the WiFi (see Step 1)

 

Step 8

Once you have the green connection symbol again, you will be able to login into the Frotcom ELD app.
