Fuel Management

The Fuel Management report shows, for one or more vehicles, the evolution of the major fuel indicators and operations detected in the selected.

This includes fuel level at the beginning and end of the period, refueling and drainage detected, total consumption estimated, and average consumption.

 

Configuration

 

To generate the report, you must configure the following inputs:

Configuration Description
Period

The period the report will be generated for. Options:

  • This month
  • Last month
  • Last 30 days
  • This week
  • Last week
  • Last 7 days
  • Today (Default)
  • Yesterday
  • Other (Maximum 30 days)
Show report

The format the report will be generated. Options:

  • Detailed
  • Summarized

(check the details about each format below)

Vehicles Select here the vehicles the report will be generated for, or choose All vehicles for the whole fleet.
Include Chronometer If you choose this option, the columns Chronometer Initial, Chronometer Final, and Chronometer Difference will be included in the report.
Include Engine hours with this parameter Engine hours selected the columns Engine hours Initial, Engine hours Final, and Engine hours Difference will be included in the report.
One row per day

If you select this option, the report will separate the period into one row per day.

Output

This report might have two different outputs: Detailed and Summarized.

Detailed

 

In the Detailed format, the data is grouped by each vehicle selected in the configuration.

The report displays the following data:

Column Description
(Odometer) Initial The vehicle's odometer at the beginning and the end of the period.
(Odometer) Final
(Fuel) Initial The amount of fuel at the beginning and the end of the period.
(Fuel) Final
(Refuel) Fuel records Total of refuel manually registered, in the Management module, for the vehicle in the period.
(Refuel) Detection The total of refuel automatically registered for the vehicle in the period.
(Refuel) Difference Difference (in %) between manual and automatic events.
(Refuel) Fuel records The number of manual records registered for the vehicle in the period.
(Refuel) Detection The number of automatic records registered for the vehicle in the period.
Drainage Amount of fuel, in liters*, that was registered as Drainage for the vehicle in the period.
Measured consumption The consumption of fuel during the period while driving.
Fuel consumption idling The consumption of fuel during the period while in idling.
Mileage The mileage the vehicle has traveled during the period. It can be either from GPS or CANBus, depending on the configuration of the vehicle.
Driving time How many hours the vehicle has traveled during the period.
(Avg. consumption) L/100km

Average fuel consumption per 100km over the period.

Note that, if the calculation presents a negative value, the label N/A (not available) will be displayed instead.

Average fuel consumption per hour over the period.

*Important: the fuel unit displayed in this report (Liters or Gallons) varies according to the preference defined in Administration > Account > General > Preferred fuel units. The same is applied for the mileage and speed units, defined in Administration > Account > General > Preferred mileage and speed units.

 

Summarized

 

The Summarized format of this report displays the same information as the Detailed format, but the data is not grouped by each vehicle - it is just one table with two extra columns (Vehicle and Driver).

 

As you can see summarized and detailed report will grouped vehicles by their vehicle energy, and use the correct units and totals, as the following example:
