Company Card Reader App 2.0 - How to solve the issue with the login

In some unpredictable cases, you might face an issue when trying to log in to the Company Card Reader App 2.0:

If this is the case on your computer, please follow the steps below for the workaround:

Open the Windows Command Prompt (click on the Start menu > Command Prompt, or press Windows key + R, type cmd and click on OK):

Type cd AppData and press Enter:

Type dir CardReaderApp* /s /p and press Enter:

Copy the content of the second Directory of line:

Open the directory using the Windows Explorer (Windows key + E):

Locate CardReaderApp.exe in the list and create a shortcut to your desktop (right-click on it > Sent to > Desktop (create shortcut)):

Now, head to your desktop and run the application using the new shortcut. You will be able to log in without any issues.
