Send an address/message when the terminal is turned off

Updated

When you send a message or an address to a Navigator (terminal), the first thing that Frotcom performs, even before sending the message, is to check if the terminal is available. I.e. Frotcom will check if the vehicle has a terminal connected. From this, two options arise: the vehicle has a terminal connected and the message is successful sent and received, or the vehicle does not have a terminal connected.

If the second scenario takes place, the following will be experienced by you:

  1. The recipient is selected and the message is written

  2. Send is pressed.
  3. Frotcom is aware that no terminal is connected to the vehicle.
  4. The following message pops up:

By clicking Yes the message is sent but only received when the terminal is connected to the vehicle.
