When you send a message or an address to a Navigator (terminal), the first thing that Frotcom performs, even before sending the message, is to check if the terminal is available. I.e. Frotcom will check if the vehicle has a terminal connected. From this, two options arise: the vehicle has a terminal connected and the message is successful sent and received, or the vehicle does not have a terminal connected.
If the second scenario takes place, the following will be experienced by you:
- The recipient is selected and the message is written
- Send is pressed.
- Frotcom is aware that no terminal is connected to the vehicle.
- The following message pops up:
By clicking Yes the message is sent but only received when the terminal is connected to the vehicle.
