Updated

The Whitelists section in the Administration of Drivers lists all the vehicles with Driver whitelists:

The panel contains the following information:

Columns Description
Vehicle License place of the vehicle.
Authorization

If marked, the driver has authorization to drive the respective vehicle.

If not marked, the driver does not have authorization to drive the respective vehicle.

Update date Date/time when the driver's authorization was modified in this vehicle's whitelist.
Username Identification of the user who added a particular driver to the whitelist of the respective vehicle.

Taking the example provided by the previous picture, we can find three different situations:

  • Situation 1: AO XX-00-00-XX & EA XXX 000X
Driver Andrew is authorized to drive these vehicles (authorization column is marked) but there is no update date and no username. This is representative of the situation when the whitelist feature is active for the vehicles but there was not any single modification after the creation of the whitelist. Therefore, since on these vehicle's whitelist no driver is ticked, it is considered that all drivers with RFID are authorized to access the vehicle.
  • Situation 2: BE 000-XXX
Driver Andrew is authorized to drive this vehicle (authorization column is marked) and there is an update date and username specified. This is representative of the situation in which, after the creation of the whitelist for this vehicle, user ACMEuser, Today @ 14:57, granted authorization privileges for this driver to access this vehicle.
  • Situation 3: BG XXXX CB
Driver Andrew is not authorized to drive this vehicle (authorization column is not marked) and there is an update date and username specified. This is representative of the situation in which after the creation of the whitelist for this vehicle, user ACMEuser, Today @ 17:22, denied authorization privileges to this driver to access this vehicle.

Note that in the situation in which no drivers are selected in a vehicle's driver whitelist, Frotcom considers that all the drivers (with RFID) are allowed to remove the immobilizer and turn the ignition ON. It is similar to the situation when all the drivers are selected in the whitelist of a vehicle.
