In the Preferences panel of the Management module, you are to able to define your Fixed costs and Variable costs. Additionally, you can also define particular Fuel management indicators.
Go to the Management module and select the Preferences folder:
On the left part of the panel, you will be able to see the Management Preference's subsections:
It contains the following information:

| General | Fuel management settings. |
| Fixed costs | Designation of fixed costs. |
| Variable costs | Designation of variable costs. |
| Vehicle Alias | Management of proposed aliasing combinations between Import cost files fields and vehicles in your Frotcom account. |
