In the General section of the Account administration you can define several parameters that will be used throughout the interface.

Field	Description
E-mail list (...)	Here you can enter one or more emails to which alarms and automatic reports will be sent, by default. Nevertheless, when defining each alarm and automatic report, you can change this list of emails, if needed. After entering each email, press Enter or ";".
Mobile phone (...)	You can also define a mobile phone list to which alarms will be sent through SMS. Again, you can change the list later on when you set up the alarms. Remember, just because you define these mobile phone destinations here, it does not mean that all the alarms will be sent to them by SMS. You will be able to specify, for each alarm, if it will be sent by email and/or SMS. Attention: always enter your country code before the mobile phone number, otherwise alarms will not be sent by SMS. Please note that for sending alarms by SMS, your account must have the Interact - SMS Messaging option activated. Please check with your Frotcom Certified Partner. After entering each mobile phone number, press Enter or ";". Remember, just because you define these destinations in Company profile, it does not mean that all the alarms will be sent to them. For that, you need to specify for each alarm if it will be sent by email and/or SMS.
Time format (duration)	To set your Time format (duration), make the corresponding selection: The units you choose will be used throughout Frotcom.
Preferred mileage and speed units	To set your Preferred mileage and speed units, make the corresponding selection: The units you choose will be used throughout Frotcom.
Preferred fuel units	To set your preferred fuel consumption units, make the corresponding selection: The units you choose will be used throughout Frotcom.
Preferred fuel consumptions units	To set your preferred fuel consumption units, make the corresponding selection: The units you choose will be used throughout Frotcom.
Preferred electric consumption units	To set your Preferred electric consumption units, make the corresponding selection: The units you choose will be used throughout Frotcom.
Preferred pressure unit	To set your Preferred pressure unit, make the corresponding selection: The units you choose will be used throughout Frotcom.
CNPD compliance mode	CNPD - Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados Specific parameter for complying with legal obligations on specific countries, with this on, you will only have access to information regarding the last 7 days. Not visible for all countries.
Shorter default period	For larger fleets, the default selected period in the Alarms, Management, Jobs, Interact, and Driving Behavior causes longer times to load. With this option active, the default period will be Today.
