The detailed view tab shows you, for each vehicle and for each variable under analysis, the occurrences of driving excesses.
The columns contain the following information:
- Information column
This column contains some information about the driving behavior conditions for the vehicle. Two icons can be displayed here:
Blue icon - If this icon is shown, this means that some trips in the selected period were made with Driving behavior switched off. The displayed results may be error-inducing. Please select a time period where all trips were made with Driving behavior switched on all the time.
Grey icon - If this icon is shown, this means that this vehicle does not have enough mileage in the period for driving behavior analysis. Check Settings to see the minimum mileage after which Frotcom shows you driving behavior analysis. - Recommendations column
If Frotcom has driving recommendations for this vehicle/driver, a red icon like the following will be displayed:
Click the icon to read the recommendations: - Vehicle
This is the vehicle for which Frotcom is reporting driving score in the period. However, if you choose to Classify by Drivers, on the top selector, this column will be Driver instead of Vehicle. - Drivers
This is the driver (or drivers) that drove the vehicle in the period.
However, if you choose to Classify by Drivers, on the top selector, this column will be Vehicles instead of Drivers (so the column will indicate the vehicle or vehicles that were driven by this driver). - Average number of harsh accelerations at low speeds, per 100km
This is the number of times Frotcom detected harsh accelerations at low speeds, per each 100 km. This usually means that the vehicle starts trips with high accelerations, or is moving in traffic jams or urban circuits with excessive accelerations. - Average number of harsh accelerations at high speeds, per 100km
This is the number of times Frotcom detected harsh accelerations at high speeds, per each 100 km. This usually means that the vehicle accelerates harshly when moving on roads or urban circuits with free flowing traffic. - Average number of harsh braking at low speeds, per 100km
This is the number of times Frotcom detected harsh braking at low speeds, per each 100 km. This usually means that the driver breaks too harshly to come to a complete stop, or that the vehicle is moving in traffic jams or urban circuits with excessive braking. - Average number of harsh braking at high speeds, per 100km
This is the number of times Frotcom detected harsh braking at high speeds, per each 100 km. This usually means that the vehicle brakes harshly when moving on roads or urban circuits with free flowing traffic. - Harsh cornering
This is the average number of events per 100km in which the driver executed a harsh cornering (curving) with high lateral acceleration. - Fast acceleration/brake switch
This represents the average number of events per 100km in which the driver moved from the accelerator to brake in less than 3 seconds while traveling at a speed of over 30 km/h. - Excessive idling time per 100 km
This is the time the vehicle stood with engine On and no movement (idling), per each 100 km driven. Note that a maximum of 15 minutes idling for heavy vehicles and 5 mns idling for light vehicles is tolerated before considering it excessive. - Time with excessive RPMs per 100 km
This is the time during which the vehicle registered a RPM higher than the one recommended for that specific engine, per each 100 km driven. Remember that for this indicator to be used in Frotcom, you need to specify the correct engine in the vehicle details (Administration > Vehicles). Otherwise this indicator will not be shown. - Non-use of Cruise control (time per 100 km)
This is the time during which the driver could have used Cruise control and did not, per each 100 km. - Accelerator used in Cruise control
This is the average number of events per 100km in which the driver used the accelerator overruling the cruise control, over the selected period. - Alarms
You can set up Alarms to be used as a indicator of the Driving behavior: - Mileage
This is the total mileage driven in the selected period. Remember that the larger mileage the more likely it is for Frotcom to have enough data to classify the driving behavior. - Driving time
This is the total driving time in the selected period. Remember that the larger driving time the more likely it is for Frotcom to have enough data to classify the driving behavior. - Average consumption
For vehicles with Fuel consumption reading, this column shows the average fuel consumed in the period.
