At Frotcom, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of security. One of the most effective security measures available to them is multifactor authentication (MFA). Research by Microsoft shows that MFA can block more than 99.2% of account compromise attacks. You can ask your Frotcom Certified to activate mandatory MFA for all your users, thus increasing the security of your data.
If your company/account requires the security policy of Mandatory Multi-Factor authentication for all your users, this means all Frotcom Web users need to activate the Multi-factor authentication, you can now ask you Frotcom Certified Partner to increase the security of your Frotcom Web account.
You can allow your account users to enter Frotcom Web 5 before been blocked if there is no activation of MFA, or require them to activate MFA at first login, please inform your Frotcom Certified Partner of your account preference.
With 5 logins before blocking, you and your users will see:
The number of allowed logins will decrease, and when reaches 0, you can't enter Frotcom Web without activating MFA, that you can do by clicking the button Setup.
With Block immediately, you will see:
And you need to click Setup to activate MFA.
