You need the permission Administration > Administer webhooks to see this section, and request it from your System Administrator.
Here, you can see the information on the webhooks configured for your account:

Additional Status information:
- Active - Frotcom is sending data to your URL, and you are sending Frotcom acknowledged feedback on the data.
- Active with delay - when Frotcom is not receiving ok from the your system and starts exponential retries.
- Disable - Removed by your Frotcom Certified Partner.
- Disable automatic - when the 7 days retries are reached without delivering a message to the destination URL
