Accessing Video Along the Vehicle’s Path
Open the Vehicle List and select a vehicle.
Click on any marker along the path to retrieve a 10-second video.
Select the camera you you prefer.
Use the video player controls to play, pause, or maximize the video.

Click on the video player controls to:
Play/Pause
Maximize the video to full-screen
Video from any point along the vehicle path
- Open the vehicle map.
- Click on any point along the path, not just events or waypoints.
- The quick info opens with info and options to select the camera you wish to see.
- Press "Play".
- The system will attempt to fetch a 10-second clip centered on the selected timestamp.
Using real-time messaging (SignalRhub):
- You’ll see a message if the video is being fetched, is unavailable, or there’s an error.
- Upon success, the video starts playing.
Known Limitations
- Video availability depends on connectivity and recording settings.
- You may need to adjust the time slightly to access recorded segments.
Video Availability & Feedback Messages
Video retrieval is on demand. After clicking play, Frotcom will fetch the video. If successful, playback starts automatically. Otherwise, an error message appears.
The system provides feedback messages when issues occur:

| Camera communication error | Communication error with the camera. It may be off. Try again later. |
| Data limit reached | Data limit reached. You can no longer view or download this video. |
| Server communication error | Unable to communicate with the server. Try again later. |
| Data limit warning | Almost at your data limit. Viewing or downloading may be blocked if exceeded. |
| Video download expired | Download time expired. |
