The Frotcom Fleet Manager App gives you the flexibility to manage your fleet anytime, anywhere. This guide will walk you through setting up the app, logging in, and navigating its key features.
1. Requirements
The Frotcom Fleet Manager App supports most modern Android and iOS devices. For the best experience, ensure your device’s operating system is up-to-date.
Important:
- The Fleet Manager App relies on the Google Maps app for certain map functionalities (such as navigation buttons and map controls).
- Please make sure that Google Maps is installed on your device.
- To ensure all features work properly, keep the Google Maps app updated to the latest version via the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- If Google Maps is not installed or is outdated, some map-related buttons in the app may not appear or function correctly.
2. Downloading the App
For Android: Click here to install the Fleet Manager app from Google Play, then open it.
For iOS: Click here to install the Fleet Manager app from the App Store, then open it.
3. Logging In
- Tap the Fleet Manager app icon to open it.
- Enter your Frotcom Web username and password in the login fields.
- Tap Login to access your account.
Please note, the app is only available to Frotcom customers. If you have any issues accessing your account, contact your FCP for assistance.
4. Home Screen Overview
Your starting point for managing your fleet with quick access to key features.
Main Sections
- Fleet: Track and manage your vehicles.
- Nearest Vehicles: View real-time locations of nearby vehicles.
- Distribution: Oversee vehicles whereabouts.
- Drivers: Consult the list of drivers and their details.
- Video Events: Access vehicle camera footage, review triggered events, and retrieve on-demand video clips (available when the Video Telematics module is enabled).
Bottom Navigation
- Home: Return to the home screen.
- Messages: View and reply to fleet-related messages.
- Alarms: Monitor active fleet alarms and take action.
- Account: Manage your account and settings.
5. Keeping the App Updated
Frotcom will notify you of recommended or mandatory updates to ensure the best experience with the Fleet Manager app.
Recommended updates fix minor issues.
Mandatory updates are critical and must be installed to continue using the app.
