This is the first, and the foundation of other AI-based Frotcom features that are in progress. They use conversational AI techniques, such as natural language processing (NLP), to understand user questions and automate responses to them.
Frotcom Artificial Intelligence (AI) ChatBot can answer user questions on how to use Frotcom based exclusively on the information available in the Frotcom Help Center (public information only). It can also understand questions in languages other than English and provide answers in the same language as the question.
The first time you log in, you will see this chatbot on your starting page (in the following example, it's displayed over the Map):

The answers do not exempt you from consulting the official Frotcom page and/or a specific analysis of your specific case by a qualified Frotcom professional to confirm the information provided by the Chatbot.
2. Frotcom is not, and cannot be, in any case, held responsible for the responses generated by this Chatbot. When using the Chatbot, you accept these conditions and agree not to hold Frotcom responsible for the obtained responses.
