Capacity factor

The capacity factor is used as a limit to how much a vehicle can be loaded. This is especially useful for vehicles that carry shaped loads and that should account for some slack, or empty space. A value of 1 means that the vehicle can be filled to its maximum capacity, such as in fluid containers or sand loaders.
