If all the tasks of the same Job have a geographical location defined (Where folder), you are able to generate a route from the Job information. Note that this action is only available for Jobs which are with Pending status. For this situations, the action Generate route is available.
For that, go to the Jobs > Pending panel and enter the Job details panel:
Click Actions and select Generate route from the drop-down menu.
After, the Generate route panel will be available to you:
It contains the following fields:
Field | Description |
Start point | This is the start point of the route. You can select two values:
|
Vehicle/Place | Depending on the value you define for the Start point field, you can have Vehicle or Place field:
|
End point |
This is the end point of the route. You can select three values:
The default value is Last destination of the job. |
Optimize sequence |
If you select Yes, when the route is calculated, the intermediate stops between the start and ending points will be rearranged in such a way that the path is optimized. The optimization is performed similarly to the waypoint reordering. Note that a destination with job information cannot be the first point of the route. The default value is No. |
When you are done with the selection of your preferences, click Save, located in the lower right part of the Generate route panel:
After that, you will be redirected to the map view to finalize the route settings.
