Jobs > Actions - Assign to vehicle

Only Jobs which status is Pending can be assigned to vehicles. You can assign a Job to a vehicle by two ways:

The only difference between the previously mentioned ways is that via the Job details panel you can assign only one Job at a time to a vehicle. On the Jobs > Pending panel, you can assign several jobs at a time to a vehicle.

Job details panel

After entering the Job details panel of the desired Job, a similar panel will be displayed to you:

Click on the Actions combo box, located in the upper right part of the panel:

Select the option Assign to vehicleThe following panel will be displayed to you:

After selecting the vehicle from the Vehicle field, click Assign

If the selected vehicle has an available compatible device, the following confirmation will pop up:

The Job will be assigned and you will see that the status of the tasks is now updated from Pending to Assigned:

Jobs > Pending panel

Go to the Jobs > Pending panel and tick the Jobs you want to assign to a vehicle. After, click on Actions located in the upper right part of the panel:

The following panel will be displayed to you:

After selecting the vehicle from the Vehicle field, click AssignIf the selected vehicle has an available compatible device, the following confirmation will pop up:

The Job will be assigned and you will see that the status of the Job is now Assigned. Therefore, it is no longer displayed in the Jobs > Pending panel but in the Jobs > Active panel.
