Management > Costs > How to filter the displayed costs?

This article depicts the filtering options that you have to display the listed costs of the Management > Costs panel.

The listed costs can be filtered by:

  • Time frame
  • Vehicles
  • Fixed costs
  • Variable costs
  • Search filter

 

Time frame

In order to select a different time period, click on the calendar filter button, located in the upper-left part of the screen:

After, you can select the time period you want from the following drop down list:

 

Vehicles

To display the costs related to particular vehicles, you can use the Vehicles filter. For that, click on the Filter button located in the upper-left part of the screen:

After, the following panel becomes available to you:

By clicking on the Vehicle field, the following panel is available to you. The goal is that you select the vehicles from which you want to assess the costs:

You can select individual vehicles, by clicking on the respecting tick box or, if you wish to consider all the vehicles, tick the Select visible option. Click Apply when you are done with the vehicle filtering.

 

Fixed costs

To display the costs related to fixed cost type, you can use the Fixed costs filter. For that, click on the Filter button located in the upper-left part of the screen, similarly to the vehicle filter. After, click on the Fixed costs button. The following panel will be displayed to you:

It has as many tags as unique fixed cost types. In each tag, you can select the cost type entities associated with a particular fixed cost. When you are done, click Apply so that Frotcom takes into account your modifications.

 

Variable costs

To display the costs related to variable cost type, you can use the Variable costs filter. For that, click on the Filter button located in the upper-left part of the screen, similarly to the vehicle filter. After, click on the Variable costs button. The following panel will be displayed to you:

The selection of the cost types associated with a particular Variable cost is performed in a similar way to the selection of the Fixed costs field.

This is how you can customize your displayed results.

 

Search filter

You can also use the search filter, located in the upper-left part of the screen:
