Task Forms are forms associated with specific tasks. For instance, in the case of truck transportation, the Loading form can be associated with freight; or in the case of a company repairing elevators, a Repair form associated with a work order is another example of a task form.
Whenever a Driver receives a Job that includes a Task Form, they will be able to see it after selecting the Job from the list to open its details:
After starting the Job, by the time you reach the point of the workflow where a Form is required, you will be prompted with the Task Form to be filled. Depending on the configuration of the Job, the Task Form can have one or more pre-filled fields which you can either edit or submit with the information in them:
Jobs that require a form can only be completed once you submit the form.
Once submitted, you will be able to see the form in Forms > History after applying the filter to Task Forms:
Rejection and Suspension forms are a type of Task Forms that are associated with the actions of Suspending and Rejecting a Job. In the same way as the example above, you can only reject/suspend a job after submitting its respective form (if available):
